Below is the link to the maths this week. We will be looking at the composition of the numbers 6,7 and 8, like we did when we explored 5. You might like to find some pirate treasure to count onto ten frames this week. You could find loose parts such as buttons, pasta, beads, coins, shells or lego bricks to explore 6,7, and 8 on some ten frames. I have attached a link to the ten frames. Ask the children to count 6, 7, or 8 items onto the 10 frames. How many do they have? Can they see without counting? How many ways can you arrange 6,7, or 8 things? Can you write the numbers or draw a picture or post a photo on Tapestry? We love to see what you are doing. Have fun!
