Welcome Text

At St Richard’s, Christ is at the centre of all we do. Guided by our mission, To Know, To Love, To Serve, we are committed to providing an exceptional Catholic education where every child is encouraged to flourish academically, socially and spiritually. Through strong relationships, high expectations and a deep sense of belonging, we help our pupils grow into confident, compassionate and successful young people.

As a proud member of the Bosco Catholic Education Trust, we work closely with colleagues across the Trust to continually strengthen and enhance our provision. This collaborative approach enables us to share expertise, develop outstanding practice and ensure that every child benefits from the highest quality education possible.

At St Richard’s, we provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is known, valued and supported to achieve their very best. We are ambitious for all our pupils and strive for excellence in teaching, learning and personal development. Our broad and engaging curriculum inspires curiosity, develops resilience and equips children with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive both now and in the future.

We work in close partnership with families, our parish and the wider community, recognising that children achieve most when we work together. I warmly invite you to explore our website to learn more about our curriculum, Catholic life and vibrant school community. If you would like to visit St Richard’s, our pupils would be delighted to show you their school. Please contact our school office on 01243 784549 to arrange a visit. We look forward to welcoming you to St Richard’s.
