We have new clubs on offer with activities to suit all. Sadly places are limited on some of the activities, we will endeavour to ensure those who haven't yet had an opportunity will get to enjoy a new club.

As we move to a paperless school, all internal school clubs (those run by our staff) will now be booked via Parentmail. Please sign up even if your child had a place on a club previously. Please follow the process below to book places:

• Take a look at the attached timetable and clubs list.
• Please be aware that we have changed the day of some clubs.
• When choosing clubs, ensure that the age range is correct for your child and make a note of the starting date.
• Book external clubs (those not run by school staff) directly using the details attached to this email
• For all internal clubs (run by school staff) you will be sent a Parentmail form this week, complete the form to sign your child up. Please complete the form individually for each child
• Once we have all applications for the internal clubs you will be emailed if we have been able to offer your child a place. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO A CLUB IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN EMAILED WITH AN OFFER OF A PLACE. IF THIS HAPPENDS WE WILL NEED TO CALL TO ASK YOU TO COLLECT THEM AND THEY WILL NEED TO WAIT OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
• We will operate a waiting list for those who were not offered a place on this occasion
• If there is a cost associated to an internal club such as Spanish, please make payment directly to the teacher running the club.
• We always endeavor to not cancel clubs but from time to time it is necessary. If this is the case we will give as much notice as possible.

While clubs operate outside the normal school timetable, we expect all children to stick to the schools Golden Rules and to be well behaved and polite at all times.
