Clubs will begin in the second week after the Easter holidays (from Monday 20th April) to allow time for allocating places, and, unless stated, will run until the last week of the school Year.

Some activities have limit

ed availability. Priority will be given, where possible, to children who have not yet had the opportunity to attend a club.

All internal school clubs (run by staff) must be booked via ParentMail. Please note that all children must be registered again, even if they previously attended a club.

Booking process:

• Review the attached timetable and clubs list.
• Note that some clubs have changed days.
• Check that the club is appropriate for your child’s age group and note the start date.
• Book external clubs (not run by school staff) directly using the contact details provided.
• For internal clubs, complete the ParentMail form to register your child’s interest. A separate form must be submitted for each child.

Once all applications have been received, confirmation emails will be sent during the first week back, advising whether a place has been allocated.

Choir Club (Tuesdays after school with Mrs Bridges) has ample availability. Children in Years 3–6 may attend without prior booking.

Children must not attend any club unless a confirmed place has been offered by email. If a child attends without confirmation, parents will be contacted to collect them, and supervision charges may apply.

A waiting list will be maintained for oversubscribed clubs.

Where a fee applies to an internal club (e.g. Spanish), payment should be made directly to the staff member running the club.

While cancellations are rare, they may occasionally be necessary. Advance notice will be provided where possible.

Although clubs take place outside the standard timetable, all children are expected to follow the school’s Golden Rules and maintain appropriate behaviour at all times.
