Please find above the timetable and full list of our club offerings for the Spring term.

All clubs start during week commencing 12th January, this allows us time to allocate places for the children.

Unfortunately, places are limited for some activities. We will, however, endeavour to ensure that children who have not yet had the opportunity will be able to join a new club soon.

All internal school clubs (those run by our staff) are booked via ParentMail. Please sign up even if your child attended the same club previously.

To book places, please follow the steps below:

1. Look at the attached timetable and club list.

2. Please note that the day of some clubs has changed.

3. When choosing clubs, ensure the age range is appropriate for your child and note the club’s starting date.

4. Book external clubs (not run by school staff) directly using the contact details attached to this email.

5. For internal clubs (run by school staff), you will receive a ParentMail form. Please complete a separate form for each child to express their interest.

6. Once all applications have been received for internal clubs, you will be contacted during the first week back at school to confirm whether your child has been offered a place.

Please note we currently have spaces available in Choir Club on Tuesdays after school with Mrs Bridges. Children in Years 3–6 are welcome to join—no booking required.

Please do not send your child to a club unless you have received an email confirming a place, this will be sent during the first week on the new year.

If a child attends without confirmation, we will need to call you to collect them. They will be required to wait outside the school office, or you may be charged for a place at The Treehouse.

We will operate a waiting list for any children who are not offered a place this time.

If there is a cost associated with an internal club (such as Spanish), please make payment directly to the teacher running that club.

We always aim to avoid cancelling clubs, but occasionally it may be necessary. If this happens, we will provide as much notice as possible.

As clubs run outside the normal school timetable, we expect all children to continue following the school’s Golden Rules and to remain polite and well-behaved at all times.
